Money Angels Mortgages and Loans is a service provided by Regents Court Financial.
This service is ideally suited to your landlords and home buyers who want to buy new properties, or may be looking to refinance their current portfolio of rented property.
We would not actively advertise this service to your tenants as we feel that this would be in conflict with your business, however we would happily act if you have a tenant, home buyer or landlord who is looking for whole of market service for a mortgage or secured loan.
Our whole of market IFA partner has won 9 industry awards since 1999 and also has a team of experienced IFA’s who are trained to deal with any mortgage requirements that your customers may have.
You are not required to become FSA regulated to use this service, just send us the info and our IFA’s will give the proper financial advice.
What it means to you:
Extra income for your business for every successful mortgage or secured loan arranged. Commissions explained on your latest commission statement.
You do not do any of the selling, in fact, we do not want you to due to FSA regulations. Please pass on the lead and our IFA partners will provide all of the professional financial advice required for each situation.

How to use the free service:
There are several ways to notify us of a client who wants a quote on a mortgage or secured loan. Please note that if your are notifying us of a tenant wants mortgage or secured loan quotation, do ensure that you have covered off any data protection requirements before sending us any customer information.
By phone - Your landlord or home buyer can call us on 0800 046 1802
Online - Again you or your home buyer can use our online contact form to request a call from a mortgage advisor.
By Fax or post - Fill in our products and services form and either fax or post it to us, we will then arrange for a mortgage advisor to contact the landlord or home buyer.
