In addition to this, we are also going to be able to administer your tenancy deposit scheme through the software, no matter which of the 3 companies you are using. Included into this service will be a feed into the utilities providers so that your tenant does not leave the property without paying their energy and utility bills. If they do, the utilities will be able to claim this amount from the tenancy deposit scheme provider through our platform.
The residential lettings software will also have the ability to upload into major property portals such as Rightmove and Prime Location, we will also be able to add any portal at your request.
