Commercial Energy
About the service:
Our commercial energy service works in very much the same way as our Energy & Utility Management but with a few differences.
When a tenant moves into a new commercial property, they are immediately placed on out of contract or ‘emergency’ rates by the current energy supplier.
Many commercial tenants end up paying out much more than they need to for the energy usage on their commercial property.
Our experienced commercial energy specialists are able to compare tariffs with major energy suppliers to gain competitive quotations and ensure that your commercial tenants are not paying too much for their commercial energy.
This commercial energy service is free of charge.
What it means to you:
Your new and existing commercial property tenants are able to use more services through your business, giving you greater traction, creating more reason for your tenants and landlords to continue to use your services.

For every successful sale you will be paid a commission which is detailed on our latest commissions schedule. If you do not have a commission schedule, please ask your account manager for a copy.
