Energy Performance Certificates – EPC’s
 About the service:
As you will now be aware, an Energy Performance Certificate is required for every newly let property. At present this law does not apply to tenants who are renewing an original tenancy which started prior to October 1st 2008.

If you wish to put your landlords in touch with us, ask them to quote your ref number (MA_ _ _ _ ) and we will quote your price to them (provided that you wish to mark up the price).
How to use the service:
There are several ways to notify us of your EPC requirements.
By phone - Call 0800 046 1802
Online - Complete our online form via our website, we deal with these requests within 1 working day (normally within hours).
 By FAX or post - Fill in our EPC Arrangement form and either fax or post it to us, we will then arrange for your account manager to call you to arrange for the Energy Performance Certificate to be completed.
