The price of the emergency cover is the same throughout the UK.

The Name of the Insurer:
This insurance is underwritten by AmTrust International Underwriters Limited, a company registered in Ireland under Registration No. 169384 and whose Registered Office is at 123 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. AmTrust International Underwriters Limited is authorised and regulated by the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority and is licensed to operate in the United Kingdom by the Financial Services Authority, under Registration No 203014. This can be checked on the FSA's register by visiting the FSA's website at www.fsa.gov.uk/register or by contacting them on 0845 606 1234.

The policy is designed to provide assistance in the event that one of your private tenants has suffered any sudden and unforeseen emergency within your rented property.
Key Features and Benefits:

You can choose the level of cover that suits your needs by selecting one or more of the various Covers.

Level 1 Cover:
A - Internal Plumbing and Drainage
B - Domestic Electrical Wiring

Level 2 Cover:
A - Internal Plumbing and Drainage
B - Domestic Electrical Wiring
C - Breakdown and/or Failure of the Domestic Gas Boiler & Controls

Level 3 Cover:
D - Loss of Keys / Broken Glazing

Level 4 Cover:
E - Roofing and Vermin infestation

Level 5 Cover:
F - Central Heating

Definitions of Benefits:
A - Internal Plumbing and Drainage covering the: water pipework, water storage and internal drainage systems at Your let Property where You are unable to temporarily stop the incident from causing further immediate damage within the home (i.e. by turning the water off, containing the leak or not using the affected facilities).

B - Domestic Electrical Wiring covering the permanent 240 volt electrical supply system within the Property supplying electrical power including wall sockets, switches, bulb sockets and fuseboxes, all beyond the electricity company's supply meter.

C - Breakdown and/or Failure of the Domestic Gas Boiler & Controls covering the central heating boiler contained within and supplying Your let Property, fired by natural gas (excluding warm air heating) from the appliance isolating valve, including all manufacturers fitted components within the boiler together with the pump, motorised valves, cylinder thermostat, time, temperature and pressure controls, feed and expansion tank and primary flueing.

D - Loss of Keys / Broken Glazing covering loss of keys for external doors that leave the home unsecured and/or broken glazing leaving the home unable to be secured.

E – Roofing and Vermin infestation covering roofing leaks and missing tiles and vermin infestations to the main dwelling.

F – Central Heating covering the gas fired Central Heating System contained within and supplying Your let Property, fired by natural gas (excluding warm air heating) from the appliance isolating valve, including all manufacturers fitted components within the boiler together with the pump, motorised valves, cylinder thermostat, time, temperature and pressure controls, radiator valves, radiators, pipework, feed and expansion tank and primary flueing. The maximum permissible output of the private domestic gas fired boiler at your let property is 60 kW/hr.
